Refund Policy

  • Refund window: requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Eligibility: only entirely unused credit packs or plans qualify. If any generation credits have been consumed, the full purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • How to apply: email support@phototolineart.com with your order details.
  • Processing time: refunds are reviewed and processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refund method: funds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
